Facebook Reels Downloader

Save any public Facebook reel in high quality with its original sound. Paste the reel link and press Download.

Works with public videos, reels, Watch videos and photos. Short links like fb.watch work too.

How to download a Facebook reel

Open the reel in Facebook and choose Share (the arrow), then Copy link.
Paste the link above. Links that look like facebook.com/reel/… or facebook.com/share/r/… both work.
Press Download and choose the quality.

Reels are saved with their original audio. If you only want the song or voice, pick Audio only to save an M4A file.

VDF does not add any watermark to the files.

Can I download reels from Instagram here?

No, VDF works with Facebook links only.

Why is 1080p missing for some reels?

VDF lists every quality Facebook keeps for the reel. If the best one is 576p or 720p, that is the quality the reel was uploaded in.

Do reels download in vertical format?

Yes, reels keep their original vertical size.

The free VDF app for Android downloads them after you log in to Facebook inside the app, and saves the highest quality Facebook offers.
